Everyone is scared of something. It might be spiders, an irrational fear of flying, or it might be a fear of heights.

Fear can hold you back from living your life happily. It’s so easy to ignore them and hope they’ll go away but they so rarely do and end up haunting up for years. Up to 5% of the population are afraid of heights, with women twice as likely to feel the fear.

With the new year in full swing, it is the perfect opportunity to get fit, tone up and have fun, whether it be on your own or with family or friends. If you’re not a gym goer, why not make the most of the great outdoors and try something completely unique?
