Cafe Play by Night, based at the old Bentley’s & Nutz Night Club in Mumbles, is pleased to announce Christmas Comedy Night featuring some top names from the comedy circuit.
Quite probably the best Comedy Night in Swansea, this month our headline act is Tony Vino who’ll be supported by Paul James and Seymour Black with a ‘World Premiere’ of the short film, ‘The Comedian’. The evening will be hosted by Noel James, a semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent!
Tony Vino has been touring the comedy scene since early 2005 performing across the UK and internationally. Tony has enjoyed recognition as a comedian and notably comedy compere of renown. He is best known for the way he seamlessly mixes well thought out observational humour with audience interaction and quick witted responses. His life and interests are wide ranging, and so is his material, all performed in a warm, friendly and non-offensive style.
Supporting Tony is Paul James, once described as what would happen if Tim Vine hadn’t found God. Paul delivers a set that has the audience reeling from the first joke to the last. His high laugh rate has made him a hit with comedy club, art centre, theatre and university crowds up and down the UK and Ireland.
