Synopsis

We catch up with young Hawkins after his life is turned upside down when old sailors Billy Bones and Black Dog confront each other at his father’s inn, the Admiral Benbow.

Armed with a map of an island on which legendary pirate Captain Flint buried his treasure, Hawkins sets sail on the Hispaniola in search of the pirate hoard. However, once aboard the Hispaniola, Jim becomes very aware that he is not the only one who knows of the map’s existence…

Adapted for the outdoor stage with plenty of buccaneers, brouhaha and dastardly double-dealings, Michael Whitmore’s new interpretation of the classic tale is bursting with energy that delivers an action-packed adventure for the whole family.
